PG Degree: MBA, University of Mumbai(GPA 5.6/7)

Work Experience:
- Total of 30 months
Managerial Experience:
- Assistant Retail manager, Landmark Group, Dubai
-Retail Management Trainee, Landmark Group, Dubai
- Digital Sales Executive, Encyclopedia Britannica(K-12 learning modules)
Extra-curricular Activities:
- I have been dramatics person since my school days. Have participated and won at district and state level competitions during my academical tenure.

Your work experience is good.
I'm not sure how you converted the University of Pune score to a GPA - but a 3.1 is not very strong. Your GMAT is low for an Indian application.
To add to this, the fact that you already have an MBA will make application to top schools difficult.
Best would be to improve your GMAT by at least a 100 points. You should then have a convincing explanation for why you need a second MBA. Then your application should go through ok.
Now you should be looking at schools beyond the top 60 - 70 in the US, and outside the top 10 - 15 in Canada.

Thank you for your profile post. I will be very specific and hopefully by honing in on one area it will be easier to fix. Improve your verbal score, hands down. The verbal is too low to get into many good schools in the US or Canada so that is where you should spend your energy.
