Please suggest the B-Schools in Global Top-25 in which I must apply as per my profile. And what will be my chances of conversion with this profile in the suggested B-Schools?
AbdulWasey1 hi,
My name is Shimri Winters and I head
ARINGO's strategy team (I am also a London Business School grad...)
you have a fantastic profile. really!
- great undergraduate academics
- good GMAT score
- nice extracurricular activities
- Work - well, I need to hear more about this, but, it sounds like you have made progress and work with many international teams
SO... all good
"all" you are missing now is writing the best ever applications and submitting some unique applications to the top schools!
Regarding school wish list - there is no such thing as "must apply to". you need to decide on your criteria and apply accordingly (you suggested schools from India, Singapore, UK and US, some are more tech, some are more finance, and some are general management, some are harder to get into some are easier...). So I suggest you do some soul searching on what is important for you (rankings, cost, career progress, location, chances of acceptance...) and that will help you decide which and how many schools you are going after.
Your list is definitely realistic, it sounds like you chose the best school in India (ISB) two amazing schools in Asia / Singapore (NUS and INSEAD), two wonderful schools in Europe (LBS, Oxford) and 2-3 random schools in the US (great MBA programs, I am just not sure why you chose these three over the other top 10 schools?). I don't think you are missing any school although, in Europe, Cambridge, IESE or HEC are all ranked similarly . in the US you are clearly going for location? not sure if you are going for NYU's MBA or Tech MBA? and what about other schools? I don't think the 3 mentioned US schools fit your career goals (which I don't know, but can assume...) for example, why are you going for Booth and not Kellogg? and why are you going for NYU/Yale -> two schools with little fit to your profile? (not saying you are doing a mistake, just trying to understand your rational)
