Hello
guptrishA good school will evaluate your candidature based on
admissions factors mentioned here.In that case you have some things going strongly for you- Mid-East & other international experience adds quality and diversity to your profile. (which otherwise can be negatively impacted by the Indian IT Male tage
)
Goals are organic and realistic. You could
read more on that hereDiversity factor will need to be fleshed out (showcase the impact of your extracurricular on your life or the life of others)
However work ex is something that is not detailed enough to comment on. Showcase your career progress and key achievements in these 5 years.
SE Asia has NUS NTU as already identified by you. INSEAD and HKUST, CEIBS etc are also good choices. But speculating on school selection is something that is not possible by looking at a laundry list of your profile. It requires a lot of meaningful discovery of hidden details in you profile.
With your background retaking the GMAT is definitely a good idea with a 720/730+ at least.
Reach out should you have any further questions.

Questions
1. Since I'm looking to work in S.E. Asia, can you suggest other good colleges in the region?.
2. I know my CGPA is low, and I'm hoping my next GMAT score + Work Ex + Essays can help offset this a little. Anything else that can be done?
3. Any other general advice for my profile would be great.
Thanks in advance!
