IMO C

"like an expert" should be used, so A and B out.

D is too wordy

In E "to be used....." is ambiguous as to what it is referring to, the computers or the reasoning skills. "the like" in the end is wrong, should be "and the likes", "to diagnose" is not parallel to "deciding"

C is the best option, clear and concise.

C for me too.

D & E has used like for giving examples
A & B are wordy to relate compters to experts
C has expert-computers and examples given using such as.

I think answer should be B.
to compare verbs we do not use like.
This leaves A & B. B is more concise

In C, we are comparing nouns not the action(verb)
