Hi, I'm current struggling with whether I should go ahead and re-take the GMAT.
I applied last year and didn't get into some schools I was shooting for, and knew that I could have done better on the quant with a little more studying but didn't have time to take the test again before applications were due.
Fast forward a year later, and I've got some additional work experience in a good field, 32 mo vs 24 mo work experience, but am having a little bit of a rough time re-vamping for the GMAT. I'm scoring a little under my official score at the moment, 730 45v 45q. Is it worth it to try to still go ahead and take it, getting a higher quant score? Or is it better to focus on other parts of my application/applications in general?

what else do you have that points to numeracy? I think the fact you are scoring lower means hang it up and focus on areas of the appwhere you 1) have more control and 2) have a better chance of standing out. I don't think they are going to fear you flunking out because of math.
