Mechanical Engineering - Manipal University Jaipur (Batch of 2016) - 9.12 CGPA
12th standard - CBSE - 93.2 %
10th standard - ICSE - 82.7 %
1 yr work ex at Bosch Ltd. as Graduate Apprentice in manufacturing process planning and process improvement
6 months work ex at an eMobility startup as Design Engineer
Decent extra-curricular profile
Aiming for 720+ GMAT and targeting fall 2019 session. Will be applying most probably in 2nd round.
Kindly help answer the following questions:
1) What are my chances of securing admission to a top MiM program?
2) What are the colleges I should target at?
3) What are the chances of scholarship with this profile?
Eagerly waiting for help in this regard.

To answer all of these questions, we would need to understand your work experience. Ofcourse you are just starting out, but how has your work been so far? what kind of opportunities have you got? what about your internships?
What about leadership in extra curricular activities?
All these aspects will make important components of your application and will help in putting through a strong profile

I have had the opportunity to work on a number of technical projects at Bosch. The projects were mostly focused towards process improvement activities. I was the project owner of a couple of projects while others were part of a bigger project being driven by an experienced manager. Work at Bosch has helped me grow professionally by exposing me to the best practices in business and engineering.
At the startup, I led the mechanical design work by setting the direction for the product, building and testing prototypes. Work encompassed technical work as well as vendor negotiation(techno-commercial).
As for my internship, I was a semester intern at Honda Cars. As it was my first exposure to a corporate setting, the focus was mainly on understanding things and adding value to myself.
I've had the opportunity to lead a team of 5 for a technical project and be the core team member for events.
