Hello himanshuarora87

If you are targeting top 10 in US and INSEAD, please be more detailed with your profile (read on what is needed to get into top B schools here)
What is your career progress? What are your work related achievements? Career Goals? Extracurricular activities? Leadership stories? How can one assess chances at top 10 schools based on only stats and no qualitative input?
The quality of answers will depend on the quality of questions you ask my friend.
Based only on the stats provided all I can say is bump up your GMAT to at least a 750+.

There aren’t much details in your query, but from the limited information you’ve provided I think your work experience, particularly industry, is a positive from diversity perspective and you can build your narrative on this foundation. Your GMAT score is just about there. Although 31 isn’t too old, you’re hitting the wrong side of the age. You may find this posthelpful in this regard.

Unfortunately I am missing too much detail in order to be able to assess your profile properly based on the information you provided but you are welcome to send ARINGO your CV and some more detailed information here: https://aringo.com/mba-process-registration/for a full, free and non-binding profile evaluation.

Alternatively, you could try our Admission Chances Calculator in order to get an idea of where you stand without talking to someone at ARINGO, if you prefer that. You’ll find the Admission Chances Calculator here: https://aringo.com/mba-admission-chances-calculator/

Good luck!
