5 years is good, just about average for most programs. Your GMAT is strong, and the IIT background is great too. Your GPA seems on the low end though. Anything there that needs to be explained? If so, consider an optional essay. Your community work seems very strong and interesting, that's great.
I think you definitely have a shot at some top 20 schools. The top 10 could be tough given the GPA factor so maybe only go for a couple in that range as reaches. Your chances of scholarship will be better at schools below that, where your GMAT is significantly above the average.

Actually I will have a total experience of 5 years when I matriculate in Aug 2017. I have been in my current position for a little over a year. Apart from the above experience that I mentioned, I am a 2012 passout in mechanical Engineering from IIT Roorkee.
Gmat: 720
GPA: 6.55
two promotions in my first company.
Community Work and extracurriculars :
1. Led community initiatives to promote cycling in Mumbai and lead many rides to promote cycling in the city.
2. Participated and contributed in a drive which successfully broke guinness world record for maximum participation in a Road safety event.
