Hi All,
First, let me put my brief profile.
1. GMAT Score :620 ( Q-47, V-28, IR -6)
2. 12 Years of full time experience at managerial level
3. Currently working as Sr. manager- Finance & Analytics in a midsize healthcare operation company- Reporting to CFO of the organization.
4. I am already an MBA from tier 1 college of India (IRMA), but my problem is that my specialisation is Rural Management but have been working in finance domain for last 10 years.
Now having spent 10 years in finance domain, my career is stagnating now as I am a non-finance guy.This has pushed me to think of doing an MBA from ISB or IIMs.
I am quite good in financial and stratagical analytics and have been working with CXOs for some years now.
What chances do you see for my profile for ISB given, i cannot retake GMAT as i dont have time to prepare

Though your profile looks good on work ex front, with this GMAT it will be very tough at the likes of ISB/IIM.
I would highly recommend a retake with a target of 680+.

Seriously, I just could not give more time. My usual office hours are 16 hours long. Dont want to make excuse but by the time i come back to home, mentally i am so exhausted that my compression is at 10% level.
Dont know what will happen? ?
