Stanford Reliance Dhirubhai Fellowship evaluates your application based on your academics, essays, the way you have written and presented your essays, your strengths, your achievements that you have received during your career, and your leadership qualities. You have to represent yourself in a very unique way through your essays.
Having said this, you will need to carry a decent GMAT score eg. 700+, and the rest can be taken care of by the way you present yourself on your essays.
