Does anyone know whether Tepper will invite nearly all applicants who submit the appliation or just invite a small number of candidates?

I think they invite nearly 50% of the applicants and offer to 28%. finally only 14% seems to actually join the college.

That is pretty much right on with what I have heard. I was told they invited closer to 65% to interview, however - but this is hearsay from people I have talked to on campus.

The questions I can recall from my interview were very similar to previous interviews:

- Walk through resume/career progression
- Why MBA/why now?
- Short-term/long-term goals
- Why the Tepper School?

The only behavioral questions I think were about a defining experience and one asking about how you lead/what type of leader are you. Honestly it was not that many questions, but each topic was discussed back and forth for a few minutes.

Afterwards, my interviewer provided me with ample time to ask any questions I may have. I asked about housing, partners club and leadership development as those were areas of interest/concern to me specifically. As always, think about the questions you want to ask and ensure they are not readily answered by reading the website. Hope that helps!

Invited to interview. But the interview will be based in China or Japan. I would like to make a in-person interview but due to the workload at the year end, it seems impossible for me. (Im in Vietnam).

So does anyone know if the skype interview will lower my admission chance? Tks.

Interviewed this morning with Monique of the admission staff. It was a really good experience, very relaxed and conversational. Here is a basic summary of some of the questions she asked:

-Walk my through your resume
-Tell me about your current position
-What motivated you to leave company X for company Y?
-Why did you major in X at ABC University?
-Tell me about your international experience
-Tell me about a successful team project
-Tell me about a time you failed as a leader
-Why Tepper?
-What do you do for fun?
-Is there anything you would like to tell me that you weren't able to thus far?
-Any questions for me?

The interview lasted about 40 minutes. Crossing my fingers, I hope I get in!

Hi. I'm assuming that the attire is business formals and we don't need to carry anything with us except Id proof, invitation letter and nothing else. Correct me if I am wrong please.
