Also I didn't interview with him, but James Frick is one of the nicest people I've ever met.

I just interviewed -- it was supposed to be Skype, but the power was out at my place due to the snow storm (and while I have internet at a coffee shop where I'm at now, I didn't really want to interview by Skype in a busy coffee shop) so I did it by phone. It seems to have gone really well... my interviewer, Jackie Jones, was so exceedingly nice. It was a really pleasant, fun interview. Super excited!

Hi everyone... I have a query . I want to know what documents need to be submitted for background verification for american companies during internships. My concern is that my employers dont give me a form 16 but I do have bank statements, pay slips and references. Is form 16 required or can I skip it? I am afraid that my income does not falls in the range in which form 16 is needed to be filled and hence even if I will request my employers wud deny it.
