I don't see the event on the Tepper website https://www.tepper.cmu.edu/calendar.aspx?calid=1 Maybe it's an invitation-only event; in any case, wear formal shirt + formal pants. That should be OK, although tie and/or coat over it would be OK too. If it's an Alum/current student meet then probably not. If AdCom then probably yes.

I got like 4 invitations.. I hope my inability to attend any of these events does not have a bearing on the outcome of the decision...

Will be attending. Mail says formal so a tucked in shirt with belt should do. My query: What does the event supposedly entail? I mean is it just a talk and dinner and we are supposed to attend passively and come or do they expect some contribution on our part?

I was surprised that I couldn't find an event in NY. BTW, anyone else on the waitlist send them supplementary info? I think my came along well. Is it hard to get in off the waitlist? I mean I would think it's not as hard R2 over R3. Also seems like more people got waitlisted this year than before.

I haven't received any Interview invite till now. The results would be out in 10 days time. Is the game over for me already ? Do they offer admissions without the interviews?

They might waitlist people who were not interview, but I doubt there are any admits without interviews..

Does Tepper release the result to the admitted students earlier than 24th Mar? I saw that they will email those admitted student before the official release day.

I am an admit to ISB. I was an admit to Tepper a couple of years back , coudnt join due to financial issues. Now I am wondering if I get selected to Tepper , what should I do , ISB or Tepper? I have never lived in the US so I have no idea how life in US will actually be ..
