Hi ,

I am an Indian national , working for the past 2 years in Arizona .
I got admission into tepper , ASU and kelley .

ASU --> 100% tuition waiver +15K stipend over 2 years
CMU --> They gave only $20K as scholarship, so i am a but skeptical
Kelley --> Have not received scholarship information yet . They said they will mail be the details

I am also awaiting decision from Mccombs .

I will apply to tuck, Berkeley Haas , Kellogs , Harvard in round 2 .

Any guidance is appreciated. Any other school to apply in round 2 where there is a chance of good scholarships ?

Thanks

Hey tito411990 ,

Everything depends on your end goals. Also, the whole game will change if you get into one of those R2 schools you mentioned. I would prefer to delay my decision. If I were to select out of the choices you mentioned, I will finalize one for now so as to make any initial deposits and then think again post R2. Choose the school you think most aligns with your post MBA goals.

Good luck :-)

Hi tito411990,

I am no expert but I can certainly say that from the admitted one I will choose CMU, If I were in your place and If money is not an issue.
Apply in R2 (with 760 Gmat you must) to other schools and among the admits, decide which one suits better. Also keep in mind what your end goal is.

All the best for your decision making. Don't worry, In the end it will all be good.

ASU has been attracting some good applicants due to their generous tuition waiver policy. While Tepper is higher ranked and possibly has better reputation/etc but I don't feel it is better enough. ASU would be a great choice for an international applicant - graduating debt free and not being stressed out of your mind if Visa does not work out are huge benefits.

It would take a higher ranked school to challenge ASU for me for an international applicant.
