A(endurance) and B(consistency) are two things. Therefore, the verb should be plural. Here it is singular  is  S-V error.

Who is known as the Iron Man?? Cal Ripken ?? Not the endurance and consistency. Modification error.

Who is known as the Iron Man?? Not his endurance and consistency but Cal Ripken himself.
Look the possessive here.This is a trap. Some may ignore the possessive and mark this as answer. This is wrong.
