That's funny, I think I was there for "Duke Day" too. I met at least 4 people from the school. I also really liked everyone I met at interviews, and wish we could all be classmates.
I could have done better in my interview, primarily in one area: interviewer pointed out a weakness on my app and I tried to explain it away/minimize it a bit too much. I think in a job interview you want to do that - not make excuses, of course, but certainly try to emphasize the positive and move on quickly to a different topic. But I think in this context, it may have made me come across as unaware of my flaws or overly confident. Should have taken the opportunity to "talk about a time I failed" or "greatest weaknesses." Hopefully it wasn't a dealbreaker, but you never know.
I made this account just to commiserate and second-guess myself unproductively for a week, so think this post is a good start

I agree that there was no one that I met on interview day that gave off an impression of arrogance, inability to articulate clearly and concisely, or any other notable interview kiss of death that is talked about on poets & quants and other sites. Everyone seemed genuinely nice, interesting and like people that HBS would be lucky to have. I have no idea how they could possibly whittle it down from there and trying to come up with a process/selection criteria makes my head hurt. Needless to say, the next week is going to go by very slowly.

We either all interviewed on the same day, or "Duke Day" is every day.
