Is there some way for us admits to access the admitted student website? I haven't received any information...

First, congrats to those that got in.

Second, be patient. I'm sure the admitted students website and FB will be made available shortly.

Finally, to the waitlisters: I know many people (myself included) who got in from the WL. This is especially true of R1 WLers. You need to assess your options and figure out what's important to you. That could be certainty in knowing that you're headed somewhere else or it could be the willingness to lose a deposit holding out for your top choice (this was my case). If you opt for the latter, it may be a long road, but one that is ultimately worth it. Keep your head up.

Any idea when those admitted with money get the official financial aid package?

I echo Brandon432's comments. Plenty of Booth students every year were admitted off the waitlist. Ultimately you have to decide what is best for you. Good luck to all!!!

Wow. No kidding. It was July 19th!!!
I'd say pretty impressive and you have earned the Booth spot.

My best to those waitlisted. I was there last year, and know how it feels! I hope there is more movement on the waitlist this time.

On a side note, I have been accepted at Wharton and Booth, and so has been my spouse. We want to do this together, and she has a $50k (over 2 years) scholarship from Booth. Any suggestions on how to politely ask Wharton if they would like to match it?

PS - For the record, we are pretty undecided between W & B.

I'm also on the wait list. I'm not 100% happy with my GMAT score.
What do you think,
-would Chicago Booth consider an updated GMAT score if I retake it? (target > 700)
-would that make sense or is the video more important?

I'm in the same situation. Based on this limited sample size Booth appears to be very generous with merit scholarships, whereas Wharton is not. I'm undecided, but you could always go by the wise words of Steve Miller - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uELoogRgvo4

1. Yes, they will.
2. Video is important

I was on the WL last year, and from what I saw, you need to show that you are interested in Booth (Video) as much as possible. It's table stakes - spend some time on it.

For the GMAT, they will take an update (they did for me last year, but I took it very late). Looks like this is an area you can improve upon, which is awesome (it's an opportunity not everyone on the WL has). Look at it as an opportunity to show you can make yourself a better candidate.

Hope that helps! I know doing both will take a lot of your time (and I'm sure you are busy), but if you want to get in they may both be necessary.
