I just got the following from a mail from ISB. "Please note that the evaluation form has to be submitted by your evaluator/s, as early as possible, for your application to be considered. While it is always good to have it submitted by Nov 30, for Round-2, we will consider receiving the completed evaluation till Dec 10, 2014." I'm considering working on the recommendations after Nov 30 and spend the additional time on essays. I hope there is no bias towards people whose recommendations are submitted after Nov 30. Please suggest.

I don't think they should have any sort of bias when they themselves have postponed the date. Moreover, they extend the deadlines for the LORs every year.

guys.. my recommendors have not yet received the link for providing the recos and the deadline is in 2 days. any input on what to do? does ISB allow for a grace period after the deadline for recommendations?

I think ISB has extended the deadline for receiving LORs. You should call them/drop them a mail stating they same and they will help you out.

Hey. I had the chance to speak to a couple of seniors from ISB. do you think I should include their names in the why ISB question to show I have researched about the school? Thanks for the help

In my opinion (I haven't got an invite for interview so far so you can take my advice with a pinch of salt) that should be fine. But I'd Still say introspect a little more and think of the most pivotal reason to choose ISB. However there are experts here and you could wait for their advice but I reckon you're already just a day or two short of the deadline. Send your essays out for reviews already. You can add a few words here and there ... something like "after talking to the Alums, Current students and going through the school website etc, I have found ... blah blah" But ya, I think it is high time that you finalize your essays and proceed towards submitting them. All the best!

Anybody submitted the application today? I am getting the below error when I try to make the payment "Description: Could not connect to the requested server host."
