Is the water leaking at a rate greater than 12l/hour or 12000ml/hour?

1) Statement 1 - at least 2mililiters per second = 120ml/minute=7200ml/hour. Since the statement says that the rate is at least 7200ml/hour, it can be less or greater than 12000ml/h
2) Statement 2 - at most 5mililiters per second = 300ml/minute=18000ml/hour. Since the statement says that the rate is 18000ml/hour or lower, it can be less or greater than 12000ml/h

Both statements together are not sufficient

If water is leaking from a certain tank at a constant rate, is it leaking at a rate that is greater than 12 litres per hour?
(1 liter = 1,000 milliliters)

(1) Water is leaking from the tank at a rate that is greater than 2 milliliters per second.
(2) Water is leaking from the tank at a rate that is less than 5 milliliters per second.

Thank you.

Before I jump into this question let me just say that we need to stop this water from leaking. Water is a very valuable resource and it pains me to hear that this tank is leaking so much water.

1) 2 ml/second converted to litres per hour is > 7.2 ltrs/hr --> NS
2) Converts to < 18 ltrs/hr so again --> NS.
1&2) 7.2<x<18 so still Not SUFFICIENT

Question : Is leaking rate > 12 litres/hour or 12000/3600 ml/sec or 3.33 ml/sec ?

St 1:Leaking rate > 2 ml/sec (Insufficient)

It can be less than or more than 3.33 ml/sec (2.1 ml/sec or 4 ml/sec)

St 2: Leaking rate < 5 ml/sec (Insufficient)

It can be less than or more than 3.33 ml/sec (2.1 ml/sec or 4 ml/sec)

Combined range of leaking rate can be 2 < x < 5

Here x can be less than or greater than 3.33 ml/sec. Insufficient
