Has anyone been having trouble accessing the online GMAT Prep software? I've been trying to take another practice CAT since last night but it's just not working for me. I can log in fine to mba.com, but when I try to actually access the online platform for the CATs, the page never manages to load and just says "MBA Login Redirect" at the top.

I've never had this problem before and have tried every browser (IE, chrome, firefox), logging in and out, and restarting my computer. If anyone has dealt with this before, how did you solve it?

I can not access it either! So upsetting to buy a product and not be able to use it! And the CATs are not cheap. I hope they fix this soon.

Yeah, it's super frustrating. My test is on Sat and I don't really want to take a CAT any closer to the test--really wanted to get it done last night. I also came in super early to work this morning for absolutely no reason (I study at my desk).

Having the same issues - it stopped working yesterday afternoon (Eastern Time) and started loading again late at night. Kind of worked this morning but super slow... In the same boat as you, I have my exam on Saturday and wanted to get some practice on actual questions to stay fresh, but having a hard time with their site not working. On the other hand, it seemed that the old GMAT Prep software was working..

Yeah even I have not been able to access the CATs since yesterday. I thought there was some problem in my account. :cry:

Thanks - useful thread. I must have dodged the issues up to now, since I haven't had any issues with the site (been using it for about a month) until now.. BTW I was able to load the GMAT prep site just now... but it is still loading the exams and questions... Will try to reach their help line later this morning when I get a chance - though I'm sure they're overloaded!

They should give our money back if they can not keep their website working! :sad:
Also should let people reschedule free of charge! :x
Also, it is worrying that they have technical issues on something this simple. Hope their system does not fail while scoring my test!!!! :cry:

Judging by the forums and peoples feedback, it seems like the quality of GMAC customer service has declined quite a bit over the recent months/years. :(

Update:

I had the same problem today, many users in the chat complaint about similar issues as well.
Therefore, I would assume it again was a global problem and not related to anyones Inet provider or hardware.

It is quite a petty, considering the price as well as the time pressure a lot of people are subjected to when it comes to the preparation for the GMAT.
