Hi I'm Divya Murthy. I'm planning to apply for IIM-B EPGP for the 2020-21 session. In order to take up my GMAT, I will need 5months of Pre, which leaves me with the option to take up the GMAT exam in the month of March - April. Now with this time frame, when will I be starting my Executive MBA program in IIM Bangalore. In IIM B website, the dates mentioned are a bit confusing, which says Round -2: Application dates: Sep 03 - Nov 28,2019 Interview dates: Dec14th and 15th. Offer acceptance date: Jan 23th, 2020 last withdrawal date: Feb 15th, 2020. Can anyone please explain?

The class of 2020-21 is getting admitted right now. The R1 is done, that's why the dates you see are currently ongoing. If I've understood you correctly, you plan to give your GMAT in March 2020.and you'll be able to make R1 applications for the class of 2021-22 (approximately June-Aug 2020) Posted from my mobile device

I can say by personal experience, that IIM-B called me for an interview last year with a 690. Although, (my opinion, not a fact) perhaps they have a specific weightage for GMAT, so even if you're called, your application, previous academics, current profile and the actual interview would have to be absolutely top notch for an offer. Hi Avik, With a strong profile and stellar application, a number of people have got interview calls at 650+. Last year, even admissions were offered to a few people at this range. Regards, Tridisha
