I got an admit for MBA-STEM in BAIM. Received an email stating that the decision has been updated online on the application page. Will I receive any separate email containing admission and/or scholarship details?

Got my result on 18th Feb. The Associate Director of Admissions told me that the decision should be available within 14 days after the interview. So, just wait it out and hope for the best

This is correct. The committee meets to determine Yes/No on admission, then they meet again with a list of admitted students to determine scholarship offerings. $$ are competitive and merit-based, so everything depends on how you stack up against the rest of that particular admission round.

I applied for round 2 and received an interview invite on 24th. The delay in interview invite was due to the delay in submission of IELTS score (as stated by krannert). Please provide some tips for the interview. Thank you

Hi,

Got an admit.Happy

1. How long do you have to wait for the scholarship decision? Do they inform about it through the email?
2. What's the deadline to accept the offer? Do I have to accept it now, or will I have some time to decide after getting the scholarship decision?
3. There are some instructions about opening some Purdue account. Is it necessary to create these accounts right now?

Any help from experienced persons will be highly appreciated.

Congratulations on your admit!!

1) You’ll get the scholarship details in the coming weeks, which should come as a second email.

2) Deadline to accept will be written on the scholarship offer letter. My guess would be 30 days from formal date on the letter. If I remember correctly, mine came as a PDF scan of a hard copy.

3) I remember setting up that account, but don’t remember if it was before or after acceptance.

Hey guys. During the interview I changed my program from MBA to STEM MBA ( SCM). The interviewer asked me to confirm the same via email and he said my decision will come by 18th March. I asked the interviewer whether I will be at a disadvantage due to this change. The interviewer said nothing like that.the process remains the same.

I am still worried if I made a mistake. Could you guys comment your views on this? It would be really helpful

You’ll be fine! STEM MBA is a subset of the standard FT program, so it’s the same admissions team, and Krannert generally assumes that most international students will want the STEM program anyway. Shouldn’t make any difference on their decision either way.

Hi all

I applied in R2 for Purdue

Scored 670 on the GMAT with a Q47, V35 AWA5 IR8

Interviewed about 3 weeks ago and received an offer today.

I am weighing up Purdue against Erasmus (Rotterdam Business School), wondering how quickly they release information on scholarships as I have to make a decision in about 2 weeks for Erasmus.

Also not sure whats better to study at, a European institution or American, torn between which one to choose.
