INSEAD for Consulting.
LSE for Finance.
LSE’s MIM is much harder to get in (acceptance rate <10%) and more quantitative and academic in nature. It is a more academic place, and many other students are writing dissertations, doing research etc. whereas INSEAD is a more professional environment, with a focus on career placement and impact. So naturally there will be more field trips, immersion, case study etc. in the INSEAD program.
INSEAD MIM will have more applicable skills and therefore you will be more employable.
LSE has a better pedigree, and can look better if you’re considering a future MBA from H/S/W because undergrad then LSE masters then an MBA is going to show that you were academically stellar (depth) and now you’re looking for breadth in a top MBA.
