I just wanted to check if anyone knows if ISB PGP round 2 admits have started rolling out.
Is it a rolling admit process for all or just for international applicants? If rolling for both, when do Indian applicants usually start receiving admits in each cycle relative to the application deadlines?
Thanks in advance!
I think it is rolling only for the international applicants. They did release admissions on a rolling basis for Round 1 but I guess that is an exception. Round 2 results will be announced on or close the deadline, IMO. Also, no one has received Round 2 admission yet.

Hi Nikhil, by when should we expect the results? Is there any tentative result date for R2?
April 10th is the deadline for the decisions. From what I hear, ISB is planning to send decisions only on the decision day if not closer to it.

Hi Nikhil. Do you happen to know why Round 1 had rolling admissions while Round 2 does not? Also, if I may ask, are your sources in the ISB AdCom team?

My sources are NOT ISB adcom I got that information from some of the admissions consultants. I guess Round 1 results are an exception due to the pandemic and its craziness. Please check the following post https://gmatclub.com/forum/calling-all- ... l#p2727191

Hahaha. Didn't hurt to ask Thanks though. Your responses are very helpful in general.
👍🏻 Let’s see what ISB does for Round 2 decisions. I see your were already interviewed. How did it go?

It was quite conversational. Nothing unexpected - questions about my work experience, gaps in profile, interests, etc. The interviewers - two very polite alumni - seemed to think my profile was "different". Everyone presents their profiles as "different" though. So I'd say quite average.
Is the last week for invites over?? The only way to know is to see if anyone would get invites for round 2 this week? Else it's done! ( brace for rejection )

I guess it depends on why you want to reach out to the interviewer. Do you want to send a simple Thank you after the interview? If so, the day after the interview would be ideal
When is it a good time to get back and text or contact an interviewer

sampriya Do reach out to the alums on LinkedIn to thank them for their time and that it was a good discussion (if it was ). It serves at least two purposes- a) you can seek direct feedback in case you don’t get through and b) mentoring / connect if you do during your stint at ISB and afterwards. For e.g. I’m still in touch with my alum interviewer who graduated 6 years before I started. He helped me during the placements as well.
