Got it. yes, I think the decisions are rolling as well from what I see on the decision tracker. For Round 2, the interview invites were sent throughout February but I don't see any updates for the April deadline yet.

I think all business schools usually do some kind of background check. I don't think Cornell is an exception. I guess it would be better to ask some of the admitted students on the following topic.

I applied in February and checked with them on when I’m likely to hear back. They confirmed my profile would be considered for the April deadline and hence I’m assuming it’s unlikely that I’ll hear back before April.
