emperorangelfish The admissions committee will definitely try to call all the admits and give out the news on the phone. If they couldn't reach some because of the timezones etc, they would probably send an email or a portal update. A lot of business schools follow this approach. I guess the only exception is Harvard which does the portal updates for everyone at the same time
