I'm quite surprised at how non-responsive NTU has been. It has now been 4 days since the scheduled interview release dates and I've written to adcom about the delay, but to no avail. Would it be fair to assume they've already rolled out the invites and are just waiting to send out rejection emails? Has anyone faced a situation where their portal has been updated but he/she hasn't received a formal email?

Based on the post prior to yours, it seems they have released interview invites. Those who have not received them must have been dinged.

Yeah, just received my rejection too.
Frankly, I saw it coming. I have a hunch that both European and Asian Business Schools in the top 30 have seen an upward trend in apps, probably from folks hedging their bets and who were traditionally geared to North American bschools.

Hello Guys,

I had a quick question. For the career development essay "Briefly assess your career progress to date. Elaborate on your near term (3 - 5 years) future career objectives and how pursuing an MBA will help you achieve them. (maximum 400 words)", in how pursuing an MBA section, are we supposed to write about MBA in general or talk about value addition due to MBA at Nanyang specifically?

Please let me know. Appreciate your help.

Hi,

I have 2.2 years of work experience in the IT consulting industry where I'm working with Deloitte USI currently. I got a GMAT score of 650 (Q49,V30). I did my engineering in IT from Pune University with 70% average. 12th CBSE: 92% 10th ICSE: 92% (IT/Female/Engineer) I have good/decent number of extracurriculars to strengthen my profile. I also have entrepreneurial experience in the retail & corporate gifting space. I was looking at joining MBA programs in Sep 2021. I wanted to know if I stand a chance at NTU if I apply right now.

I gave my interview on 9th Dec, but haven't received any further response from NTU.
Did anyone who applied in R1 receive the offer or rejection mail till now.
I mailed the admission team as well but haven't got a response.
