Some interesting interview experiences that we came across:
1) A candidate mentioned baking as a hobby he picked up during the pandemic, the panel spent a good 10 minutes on Crème Brûlée
2) One of the candidate mentioned that he is heavily inclined towards fitness and was also running a small business on helping people achieve their goals. The panel spent 30 out of the 40 minutes of his interview to discuss his venture - why he is passionate about fitness, how does he get clients, competitors etc
3) A Chartered Accountant was surprised to find that all the three panelists had no finance background. Needless to say they were keen on understanding his work and goals

Afaik for YLP candidates, GMAT is considered in their second round (out of a three round screening process) shortlist? The first round will solely based on your profile, college leadership, and GPA. But improving GMAT is always better!

Have any EEO applicants received interview invites yet?
...I do believe you will not be left to “consider yourself rejected”... you will hear from them one way or other.. either through acceptance mail or a ding... the process can be brutal but not so much that you will have to deduce your acceptance/rejection via non-communication from the school..
