Hello everyone, in the application, there is a question asking if the candidate has applied to other Business Schools. Does answering "no" affect scholarship odds? As in they might be more inclined to offer scholarships for people that might have the opportunity to choose another school?

say yes but mention couple of other Europe B schools and similar league schools

Hello forum members. I had a question about the second essay in LBS application - "Is there any other information you believe the Admissions Committee should know about you and your application to London Business School? " Now, most schools ask a response to the optional essay to explain gaps, choice of recommenders, etc. But, for LBS does the optional essay mean the same thing? Can people who have applied advise, whether this space can be used to give more insights on me as an applicant, or is it just to justify some negatives in my profile?

aksb I’m a R1 admit to the LBS ft MBA. To answer your question - I took the second essay to basically write a different essay that would set me apart from the rest of the applicant pool. Hence, at least from my experience - use it to differentiate yourself from others and try to provide how you are different from everyone else. Hope this helps.

Hi guys, I want to ask how much you added in professional qualifications section and if there are thoughts on what’s appropriate? I have things ranging from Coursera/EDx certifications to being certified as a Scrum Master/Product Owner. What’s too "small" to add here?
