I applied Dec 28th, received a Kira Assessment invite last Thursday. Just completed it now. It had situation/behavior based questions:
1) have you ever fired anyone
2) have you ever created a unique solution to a problem
3) why mba/why rice
4) what would you do if a team member did not do their part

I haven’t received any KIRA or video interview but mine is showing ’Awaiting Decision’. What’s the conclusion haha?

I actually reached out to my recruiting manager, she said that the admission team is still reviewing.
