cjf0004, Can you share about your experience from kira Talent interview?
My experience - there were 6 questions. I forgot if the prep time was 10 or 20 seconds; you have 2 minutes to respond and you don’t get redos. So its clearly designed to test your ability to think on your feet. Based on my interaction with other students, it looks like they have a decent library of questions so you may not get the same questions I did, but they would probably be similar. My questions were:
1. Show your ID on the camera and tell your name. (I assume this is the same for everyone)
2. Tell me about a time where you made what you now consider the "right decision", even if it was a challenging decision then.
3. What are the biggest lessons or inspirations you have received from your professional idol or mentor?
4. What steps have you taken to prepare yourself and ensure your success in this program?
5. Tell me about a time when you had to make a significant decision without having all the necessary information in hand. How did you handle it and what were the results?
6. Tell me about a time when you missed a deadline because of too much responsibilities. What did you learn?
I am writing this from memory, so the questions were worded differently but this should give you an idea of what to expect.
