I completely understand how this is probably a frustrating situation for you. While you've described two minor abnormalities with your Exam, we have to be careful about assuming that either of those details has anything to do with why your Exam was flagged for review. It's also worth noting that since we're in the middle of 'GMAT season', it might be days (or even weeks) before you hear back about this issue. Since you have no control over the outcome, the logical next 'steps' would be to plan to check-in once a week to see if the situation has been resolved and keep a light study/review routine (to keep your skills sharp in the event that you have to retest).
