I know quite a few who got in with less than that. A friend of mine told me today that she got a call at 670 from ISB

had a talk with an aspirant for last year. She applied in last round and got this profile still under review kind of mail. According to her, those getting such kind of mails are sort of semi-waitlisted and are called for interview to the ISB campus on the last interview date of that round.
