I think they don't give numbers because the wl from R2 and R3 will pool and the ranks will be different after that.

If dec 4 is the r2 deadline then when is the result for r2 out? Can’t be march can it- because they need a r3 as well- neither can the wait be as long as r1 - apply in sept and results in nov
