If I was denied in the regular decision round of the fall-intake (class of ‘25) and am applying to the jan-intake (class of ‘25), am I qualifying as a re-applicant? Would I need to submit a re-applicant essay and a new recommendation from a different recommender this time?

Could anyone please share their thoughts on this? Thank you!

Admission history: I had applied, just, by 5 April (super late, I know), and was denied without an interview within 4 weeks. Thus, nothing of significance has changed.
