If you want for quants ttp is tge best but you have to give 4-5 months and for verbal and di egmat is good they have proper schedule and all
In free resources you can use gmat ninja’s video they are also good

Hey Guys

I am stuck in an helpless situation and I need all the help I could get.
I am not able to schedule GMAT exam and GMAC and Pearson both are not able to help me out.

To give you background, I had my GMAT at a test center on 17th and they didn't let me write the exam because of my name mismatch in the application form and passport.
A ticket was raised to address this issue by the test center, and the GMAC informed that the amount will be forfeited and they matched my name in the mba.com profile. They informed me that now I need to schedule another exam.
So yesterday 18th, I tried to schedule an exam, the amount got deducted but I did not get any confirmation letter. Nothing got reflected in my mba.com account. I contacted the customer care they told there is some issue from their end and I was informed to wait until the refund happens. The refund happened in a couple of hours.
Today 19th, I contacted the customer care and asked them to schedule the gmat on my behalf and accepted to pay 10 dollar service fee as well. And even they could not schedule an exam. Same thing happened i.e. money got deducted from my end, but they did not receive it, and i didn't get any confirmation letter.
I enquired is this because of their rule of not able to book 2 gmat in 16 days period but they denied and stated that - "If a candidate's exam is flagged as No Show or was denied to write the exam, then they need not wait for 16 days to schedule another exam".

Now I'm confused and lost.
I am not able to schedule an exam.
GMAT CUSTOMER SERVICE is not able to schedule an exam.
I am not able to comprehend as to how is it becoming so difficult to schedule a GMAT exam.

Anybody who has faced any similar issue and any resolution steps that may help me, kindly let me know.
Should I try creating another mba.com account?

Thanks Guys for all the help
The issue was within Pearson. Apparently nobody was able to schedule an exam in the last 2 days as they were not able to receive any payment.
Now the issue has been resolved
And I've scheduled my exam on 24th Nov Monday

hey, i recently attempted an official gmat mock from mba.com and in one question there was comparison required from cubic meters to liters and it was specifically given in the question that 1 liter= 1000 cubic meters but the question was not getting solved as actually 1000 liters= 1 cubic meter and i ended up wasting time in calculation. so, mistakes like this can even come up on official mocks and exams too? how do i avoid such mistakes as they can really hamper the performance and confidence

I have 8 years of experience as train operator/ driver and Station controller in Delhi metro rail corporation, government of India.
Which are the 5 indian and abroad colleges should I send my 515 GMAT focus score to get atleast interview call, so that I can get interview experience, which will help me in future.

Hi. ankitksingh, we had a chance to look into it. This is because you had the test on Pause since May and we have made several upgrades and updates since then and that has frozen your test and it was lost how to continue. Sorry about that but having a 6-month pause is a tough task due to improvements that are regularly made.

Yup
Call their service center
Make them schedule an exam for you
You will have to pay 10 dollars extra as a service pay
Just opt that
It'll fail for them too, couple of times
But keep asking them everyday 2 3 times and It'll succeed

That's how I got my exam scheduled
