just wanted to ask about short and term goals here.. would short term goal as product manager and long term as entrepreneur be fine in cornell johnson or would it be much oriented towards cornell tech as they are more in product tech things ?

You can apply to the 2 year MBA program with product manager as a career goal. No problem in that.
For the other question, it will be hard to comment on your S.T and L.T. career goals without understanding your career trajectory so far. Your career goals should be guided by :
1. a passion to achieve some business outcome through your career path
2. your career and its trajectory until now and what you have already managed to achieve.
Without understanding these two and guiding on what to do in the future will not be right.

yea thats fine. just cause you want to do tech does not mean you have to apply C-Tech . Tons of regular 2ys recruit tech like Microsoft visa etc etc
