I had done INSEAD alumni interview.
It is mostly around your work experience, working with someone difficult or resolving conflict and motivations to do an MBA and why INSEAD?
What stands out is the clarity of thought and communication skills.
Also make sure your answers look like they are well thought of :)

I mean it in the best way possible but how did you manage to get these feat as an ORM from Big 4 Consulting and lower than average GMAT compared to other Indian males?
