Hello
billasatishkumarI'm assuming you mean One Year MBA when you say Executive MBA, because both are different. Exec is a Part Time MBA.
IIMs or Global B-Schools will look at your profile holistically and judge you based on the following factors-
1. Academic Potential- You have good acads, but not stellar (with the exception of M.Tech). You should compensate it with a high GMAT score (710+). Indians are usually expected to score high on GMAT.
2. Quality of Work Ex- You have mentioned just the title and number of years. The AdCom is more interested in knowing your achievements and career progress. Without this info, tough to judge.
3. Diversity- What unique perspective will you bring to the school? How will you peers benefit from your presence in the class? An NGO ( as mentioned by you) is not needed necessarily, but you must have dome some extracurricular activities. Please mention your impact in these.
4. Clarity of Goals- Last, but most important, Why MBA? Why Now? What are you career goals? Why do you need an MBA to fulfill these goals? A b-school will expect compelling answers to these.
Tough to give a detailed review with the limited info, but I hope you have a direction to think in.
Let me know if you wish to discuss this in detail.
Best
