Hi - Just curious as to how people are interpreting the quant scores from Veritas (easier, harder, similar to the actual GMAT and other CATs). I've been taking
MGMAT CAT's and have been scoring fairly poorly on the quant (typically around the 40 range), but this past weekend I took a Veritas CAT and scored a 46.
Its worth noting that I think my recent
MGMAT CAT quant scores are a little deflated. Early on in my prep, I wasn't very good with the math, and I think I used all the 500-600 level questions within 2 or 3 CATs. My last few
MGMAT CATs have had a lot of 700-800 level questions despite me continuing to answer them incorrectly (which is why I think I ran out of the easier questions in the question bank).
That said, I had decent strings of correctly answered questions on the Veritas CAT I took this weekend, which leads me to wonder how adaptive the exam was.
Thanks!
