Hello kritica139

Unfortunately this information is too little to give any sort of feedback.
A b-school will look at your profile holistically not just GMAT+Years of Ex
They will look at Acds, Quality of Work Ex (Achievements etc), Career Goals, Fitment and Diversity.
Based on a combination of these one can make some commentary on which B-Schools may be suited for you.
Whether you should improve GMAT or not will depend on which schools you plan to apply to.

Hi,
I have a GMAT score of 650 and 2.6 years of work experience in EY.
Can someone please recommend the colleges which fit my profile?
Or should I try to improve my score

Hi Kritica,

The information you have given here is not sufficient to evaluate your profile.
However, as a general rule I want to let you know that you will need a higher GMAT score and preferably more work experience if you are keen on attending a top 30 program (in the USA).

More advice will follow when you explain your profile and your MBA plans.

Your GMAT score is slightly on the lower side but you can target best B-Schools but its definitely not gonna e easy.
B-Schools looks for an ideal candidates carrying High Academic Ability, Impact Leadership and communication skills, Clarity of Goals and Contribution and Passionate. Make sure you build an excellent story and present it in a very professional and simple language. Try to stand out rather fitting in which makes your profile unique.

While assessing your application, top b-schools look for people who have demonstrated leadership qualities in their professional or personal lives. Leadership qualities don’t necessarily mean leading teams – they could also mean the initiatives you had taken, your achievements, impact-orientation, and career progression.

You can also evaluate your profile by using our ingenious tool called B-School Selector.
