Sandeep.saini, a few thoughts on your profile evaluation and plans:
  1. The academic arc looks ok but the college pedigree is unclear. A decent GPA and solid GMAT score helps. Given your core finance aspirations, any plans for CFA?
  2. The professional profile is decent driven by the association with known feeder employer brands. Front-end (?) consulting work can put you in the right peer group though that also means you'll be competing with those having 1-2 years more experience - think about how you'll compete and convince adcoms to consider you instead.
  3. The extracurricular/volunteer effortssound a bit scattered and unclear in terms of impact. Given your ambitious target list, this is a potential area of effort.
  4. For INSEAD/European schools, international experience matters. Anything here?

Overall, if may be worth debating whether 2025 is the right time or you need to invest another year for profile building.

Hope this helps and don't hesitate to reach out directly on the email below.

Cheers,

Sandeep.saini :
A. Assuming you apply by R1 (Sep-Oct 2024), you would have barely 3.5 years of WE, good; so, for higher chances at an admit, it will be great if other factors support you well, including a compelling application.
B. Your GMAT is impressive, your career goals in PE/ IB may make schools rethink your candidature.
C. Also, we assume that your Published Research Papers are from your undergrad time, but the timeline of other Extra-Curriculars, like your State Level Football excellence, is not clear from your write-up

With a strong application you could be a competitive candidate for most of the schools you have mentioned, though LBS & INSEAD could look for more WE. For a 1-to-1, feel free to submit your details here
