Can someone explain why B is not the oA?
"which" is correctly modifying the bran layer in my opinion.

I found two things suspicious in answer choice B.
- why is the choice says ALL parts of rice ? In my understanding, the intended meaning is to suggest that X which is a part of rice gets lost on doing something. So, usage of ALL does NOT make sense in my opinion.
- choice D is far better in conveying the INTENDED meaning of the original sentence and hence, is the correct answer.
