A. This means the deaths during the first 5 years of prohibition was due to alcoholism before 1951. Weakens. 
B. So, it is not because of alcohol but other issues. So weakens. 
C. So in 10 year spans, there is no specific inc. in deaths due to excessive alcohol during prohibition. So it weakens the argument that during prohibition, people drank more. 
D. So this implies that there was illegal imports of alcohol that might have fueled the alcohol abuse. This doesn’t weaken the argument. If anything it slightly strengthens it. 
E. The deaths due to excessive drinking increased because there was no proper treatment given. Weakens.
