(14+5=19) and (14-5= 9)
Only 14 satisfy.

Property: Sum of any two sides > Third side for a triangle to exist
i.e. for Minimum values of x, 5 + x > 14
and for Maximum values of x, 5 + 14 > x
i.e. 9 < x < 19
Only 14 lies in this range out of option
