I have been accepted at York (Schulich) for the mba program along with the masters in management program at NUS(Singapore).

Which one shall I choose?

Some of the questions raised: Singapore vs Canada? Where do you want to end up living and working? The economic opportunities? working visa procedures in both? What is the difference between 2 program that help in your career?

Form academic view, both are great schools in their geographies.

I do think having MBA over MIM is better unless you have MIM admit from Top MIM brands.
The average salary for Schulich MBA program is on better side as compared to NUS MiM, moreover rest depends on which country you want to relocate into. But Canada is more friendly in terms of Immigrants.
Do weigh the job market in both countries. Plus having an alumni contact on LinkedIn who can confirm the reality behind screen would be better. Try to connect with them.
