I'd say this comes down to post-MBA geographic preference. If you want to be in Cali or close to it on the west, USC may be a good choice. If you want to be on the East, I think UNC will have more draw. Like the poster above mentioned, RTP is a growing tech and start-up region right now and a lot of grads go to the Mid-Atlantic and NE too. Lot of opportunities in PM especially if you don't care about large, brand name PM roles. Of course you have access to that at UNC and I would strongly assume USC as well. Money is a big factor here too, I rather have less debt and similar opportunities but then again depends on where you want to be. Both great schools and can't really go wrong. Finally, a full-ride is a full-ride - it's really hard to let that go in this situation.
