Can someone highlight if it is an advantage or disadvantage for an Indian Application to apply for B-Schools outside india considering the Global scenario currently?

I saw a video in GMATClub YouTube channel in which the expert was suggesting that applying early to B-school this year would be a good choice since after recession and after job losses, the pool of b-school applicants will increase.
But the uncertainty about Corona pandemic and resulting disruption in normal activities including studies in B-schools can seriously impact b-school education.
An expert may elaborate further on the topic.

I would rather recommend to go for a B-school this year than next. Due to unemployment, less financial incentives and career opportunities, many people will opt for an MBA next year.
