So, out of 3, 6, 9, 12, etc. the only acceptable values are of the form 2K+1 i.e 3, 9, 15 etc.(Odd), when K is an integer
but, when K is a fraction these values can also be written with m being an even number eg. m=2(\(\frac{5}{2}\))+1 = 6 (Even)
Both are InSufficient.

But when we take 1&2 combined, 6 can be made from 2k+1 if k = 5/2. I don't see any restriction on k, so I guess even both cannot answer the question and I would say answer E. What do you think?
