Hi, all, so for this time sponsorship letter- who should be signing the time sponsorship letter? The Supervisor or the HR. When I spoke to my direct Supervisor, he said he should authorize my time and sign and send it to the University. He talked to the management and HR and then signed and uploaded it. But the Wharton website mentions something like the authorizing management has to sign it and direct Supervisor should send it. I am not sure what they mean by Authorizing management, and do I have to redo the letter again?

This is a question you can probably ask the admissions folks directly through the contact link given in the application.
My understanding is that whoever is the person who can authorize your time out is the person who writes the sponsorship. In some cases it's your supervisor, HR, or a combination of both. In my case, my supervisor is the one who wrote it with HR blessing the contents.

Wow! How did I miss this one? Thank you very much!! Any quick tips on the time management in IR?

I always tried to keep the pace of 2min/question, 15min/subsection through all of the sections. If I hit 2 min and wasn't very close to an answer, I selected a best guess answer and moved on. At the end of the sub-section, I came back with about 3-4 min left to rework the ones I guessed on. Oftentimes coming back fresh helped with getting to the answer, especially on IR and QR.

I think nailing the first 6 questions of IR is the most important on whether you can get the "hard/hard questions" on all of the subsequent sub-sections. I think you can still get an 18 on VR/QR if you can score 12 or higher on IR

The interview format will remain the same. The focus will be on changes / developments since they last spoke to you. So it would be worthwhile to focus on specific feedbacks from last application (if you did take it last time) and demonstrate steps you’ve taken to reinforce your preparation since then.

All in all don’t expect interview to be materially different - will be relaxed and conversational.

Any international students? I need help to figure out how do I apply for the F1 form as apparently the I-20 isnt issued for Executive MBAs for Wharton. I have a B1 visa but I just learnt that I cannot do the EMBA with B1 -business visa. Please help!

Had my interview with adcom today. Very pleasant. Mostly focused on my resume, then asked me about goals, what I liked to do for fun. I also got to ask a couple of questions. Very free flowing conversation, not really designed to trick anyone. My quant score is borderline so the adcom offered a refresher math course which I will be planning to take. The adcom gets together in mid March as apparently it takes a solid 3-4 weeks for all application materials to arrive on location before they begin their evaluations. I wish all R2 applicants the very best.

Hi I think you have a great EA score, I believe the undergraduate GPA will matter less in your case! From what I have learned about EMBA applications for Wharton, they like a score of 160+. All the best!
